摘　　要：目的探讨主动脉壁间血肿患者CT增强检查的护理方法。方法回顾性分析CT增强检查诊断主动脉壁间血肿患者32例,检查过程中护士均严密监测病情,实行精心人性化护理。结果 32例患者在放射科医生、技师和护士的共同配合下,均成功完成CT检查,达到诊断要求。结论主动脉壁间血肿患者完成急诊CT检查的护理关键是加强专科护理,严密观察病情变化,积极配合控制血压,止痛治疗,严防病情加重。Objective To investigate the nursing approach during enhanced computed tomography （CT） scan in patients with aortic intramural haematoma （AIMH）. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 32 patients who were diagnosed with AIMH under enhanced CT scan. Strict monitoring and careful nursing were offered by nurses throughout the whole scan process. Results All the 32 cases completed enhanced CT scan successfully with the endeavor of radiologists, technicians, and nurses of the department of radiology. All the obtained images met the diagnostic requirement. Conclusion The key points of nursing approach during emergency CT scan for patients with AIMH include enhancing specialty nursing, close monitoring of disease condition, cooperative control of blood pressure, relieving pain, and preventing condition worsening.
