实施基本职业卫生服务前后中小企业工作场所职业病危害因素控制水平对比研究

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市实施基本职业卫生服务(BOHS)前后中小企业职业病危害因素控制情况和变化趋势,为制订职业病防制策略和措施提供科学依据,为评估深圳市实施BOHS对控制中小企业职业病危害的近期效果提供实证依据。方法对2005—2011年深圳市某辖区中小企业工作场所主要职业病危害因素监测情况进行对比分析。结果 2005—2011年职业病危害因素监测企业数/监测企业合格率和监测点数/监测点合格率均逐年增加,监测企业合格率从2005年的48.4%增加到2011年的71.5%,监测点合格率从2005年的59.5%增加到2011年的78.6%。结论实施BOHS后和实施BOHS阶段监测企业合格率和监测点合格率均较实施BOHS前有显著增加。OBJECTIVE To know about the changing tendency of the controlling situation of the hazardous factors of occupational diseases in the medium and small enterprises by comparing the differences between the before and the after of putting basic occupational health service （BOHS） into operation in Shenzhen. In order to provide the scientific evidence to formulate the strategies and methods preventing the occupational diseases. To provide the statistics to estimate the recent effect of operating the BOHS in controlling the occupational diseases in the medium-sized and small enterprises in Shenzhen. METHODS Compare and analyze the monitoring data of the main hazardous factors of occupational diseases in the sized and small enterprises in Shenzhen City from. RESULTS 2005 to 2011 the amount of monitoring enterprises/the qualified rate and the monitoring points/the qualified rate of monitoring point of the enterprises which are monitoring the hazardous factors of occupational diseases all increase yearly. The qualified rate of monitoring of the enterprises rose from 48.4% in 2005 to 71.5% in 2011. The qualified rate of monitoring point rose from 59.5% in 2005 to 78.6% in 2011. CONCLUSION Both the qualified rate of monitoring of the enterprises and the qualified rate of monitoring point have a obvious increase after putting the BOHS into operation.
