摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型女用排尿器,克服传统各类排尿方法的不足。方法:根据女性生理及解剖特点进行设计,该排尿器由排尿器本体、阴道空心定位体、手动气囊、排尿管、注液注气管、集尿瓶及清洁瓶等构成。将阴道空心定位体插入女性阴道内,其表面的阴道扩张定位气囊经注气后扩张,抵住阴道壁,达到固定排尿器、防止其滑出的目的。结果:该排尿器具结构简单,适用范围广,操作方便,卫生舒适,价格低廉。结论:该排尿器克服了各类传统排尿方法的不足,能够很好地满足临床排尿不便女性患者排尿的生理需求,也可实现女性应用者大庭广众下的文明排尿。Objective To develop a novel female urinary apparatus to eliminate the shortcomings of the traditional methods. Methods The apparatus was manufactured based on the features analysis of female physiology and anatomy, which consisted of the apparatus body, air-core vaginal fixer, manual bladder, evacuating catheter, liquid ＆ gas injection catheter and urine collection bottle. When applied, the air-core fixer was inserted into the vagina, then the superficial bladder for extension and fixing extended to the vaginal wall after gas injection, then the apparatus was fixed. Results The apparatus gained the advantages of simple structure, high applicability and reliability, easy operation and low cost. Conclusion The female urinary apparatus can meet the requirements of the dysuriac.
