摘  要:目的:探讨干化学法与沉渣镜检法联合检测尿WBC、RBC的临床意义。方法:在实验室常规条件下,采用干化学法和沉渣镜检法检测尿WBC、RBC,并对2种方法的检测结果进行比对分析。结果:干化学法和沉渣镜检法检测尿WBC、RBC有一定差异,但差异无统计学意义。结论:2种方法阴性、阳性结果之间互有交叉。日常工作中,应当2种方法联合应用,使检验结果更可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the combined dry chemistry and sediment microscope inspection for the analysis of urine WBC and RBC. M~ Urine WBC and RBC were detected by dry chemistry and sediment microscope inspection in the routine lab, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The results by the two methods were not significantly different. Conclusion There are coincidences between the negative and positive results by the two methods, which have to be combined for accurate detection.
