摘　　要：目的:探讨武警方舱医院不同舱体音视频实时远程会诊的开展和深化应用。方法:通过手术舱、指挥车的高清摄像机和全向话筒等设备采集多路视频和声音信号,通过多点会议控制单元(MCU)处理和控制后接入远程医学信息网。结果:能够实现手术舱、指挥车实时转播的远程会诊。结论:通过音视频系统基于MCU接入远程会诊,提高了方舱医院医疗救治的水平。Objective To investigate the remote consultation by the shelter hospital of CAPF. Methods The multi-channel audio and video signals were acquired by the hdtv cameras and omnidirectional microphones in the surgical shelter and command vehicle, and processed and controlled by MCU and then transmitted into telemedicine network. Results Remote consultation was realized in the surgical shelter and command vehicle. Conclusion MCU-based audio-video system is of significance for the remote consultation by the shelter hospital.
