摘 要:采用超声化学法制备了CdS/石墨烯纳米复合材料,通过TEM、FE-SEM、XRD、UV-Vis等对该复合材料的结构、形貌及其光学和可见光光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,超声化学法不仅合成过程简单,而且石墨烯表面所负载的CdS纳米粒子尺寸小、分散性好,与石墨烯的结合牢固。由于石墨烯优异的吸附性能和对载流子的高迁移率,CdS/石墨烯纳米复合材料显示出较高的可见光光催化性和光稳定性,30 min内甲基橙的降解率即可达到90%以上,且3次重复实验过程中光催化效果接近。CdS/graphene nanohybrids were synthesized by a facile ultrasonic method. Their morphology, microstructure, optical property and photocatalytic activity under visible light were characterized by TEM,FE- SEM,XRD,UV-Vis and PL. The results show that ultrasonic condition enables small-sized, well-dispersed CdS nanoparticles to anchor firmly on the graphene sheets. Due to the good absorption property and the reduction of electron-hole pair recombination in CdS, the CdS/graphene nanohybrids exhibit high photo-stability and excellent photocatalytic performance for the degradation of methyl orange with a maximum removal rate of more than 90% in 30 min under visible light irradiation, and also no detectable changes of photocatalytic performance were observed during three cycles.
