摘 要:基于"固体与分子经验电子理论"(EET),构建了Al-Cu熔体施加脉冲电场与未施加脉冲电场的GP Ⅰ区形成模型,计算了Al-Cu合金熔体及过饱和固溶体的价电子结构参数统计值,在电子结构层次上解释了脉冲电场作用Al-Cu合金熔体后对GP Ⅰ区形成的影响。Because the application of electric pulse inoculation treatment can greatly improve the formation of GP I zone of A1-Cu alloy and thus result in the marked improvement in properties of alloy, it is nec- essary to investigate influence of electric pulse inoculation treatment on GP I zone of A1-Cu alloy. Based on the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules (EET), the formation models of GP I zones were built for the A1-Cu alloys which were subjected and not subjected to electric pulse inoculation treatment, and the statistical values of valence electron structure parameters for melts and supersaturated solid solution of A1-Cu alloy were calculated. As a result, the influence of electric pulse inoculation treatment on GP I zone of A1-Cu alloy was described at the electron structure level, providing the theory basis for the extensive use of electric pulse inoculation treatment into the aging treatment of A1-Cu.
