摘 要:针对复杂空心涡轮叶片精铸蜡模制备过程中陶芯定位不稳定、陶芯易断裂、蜡模表面不完整等问题,提出了基于陶芯定位布局优化算法的软芯撑定位方法。通过建立定位误差传递模型,确立了陶芯定位完整性判定准则,再通过建立定位布局优化算法,精确计算出了陶芯定位布局点的具体位置,并针对精铸蜡模结构特点设计了全新的软芯撑定位方式,针对具体型号叶片,压制1组蜡模并对其进行了壁厚检测。In order to solve the problems occurred in the preparation of wax pattern for complex hollow turbine blade, such as unstable localization of ceramic core, easy breakage of ceramic core and incompleteness of wax pattern surface, a new locating technology with the wax patch based on the optimal locating algorithm was presented. By establishing the locating error transmission function, the criterion for judging the locating completeness of the ceramic core has been founded. Additionally, with the optimal locating algorithm, the dimensional position of the locating points of the ceramic core was calculated accurately. After that, a new location mode has been designed based on was pattern, Finally, a group of wax pattern have been produced for wall-thickness measurement. The result shows that the method presented can solve the problems mentioned above effectively and provide some theoretical guidance for controlling the accuracy of wall thickness hollow turbine blade wax pattern.
