联合运用巴曲亭在经尿道前列腺电切术中的止血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较巴曲亭的三种不同用法在经尿道前列腺电切术中止血作用的差异。方法:将90例BPH患者随机分为联合用药组、全身用药组及冲洗液用药组,分别在术前及术后运用三种方法使用巴曲亭,通过比较三组患者术中、术后出血量、总出血量的多少及膀胱冲洗时间的长短来对比三种方法的止血疗效差异,并根据患者术前及术后的血凝数据来确定该药的安全性。结果:联合用药组的术中、术后出血量及总出血量均较其余两组明显减少,且并未影响患者的凝血状态。结论:联合运用巴曲亭能明显减少经尿道前列腺患者的手术出血,疗效肯定,使用安全,值得临床推广。Objective：To compare the hemocoagulase and the three different usage in the urethra prostate cut- ting intraoperative hemostatic effect of the differences. Method：Ninety patients with benign prostate hyperplasia were randomly divided into combination group, the whole body treatment,group and rinses treatment group, re- spectively in the preoperative and postoperative using three kinds of methods and use hemocoaghlase, by compa- ring three groups of patients perioperative and postoperative blood loss, the total amount of blood loss and bladder douche how much of the length of time compared to three methods of hemostatic differences, and according to the patient, the preoperative and postoperative blood clotting data to determine the safety of the drug. Result= The combined treatment group perioperative and postoperative blood loss and total amount of blood loss than that of the rest of the two groups and hasn＇t significantly reduce influence of blood coagulation in patients with state.Con-elusion：combined use hemocoagulase and can significantly reduce prostate surgery patients of the urinary hemor-rhage, curative effect is sure, the use of safe, and clinical promotion.
