摘  要:以ZA9半固态锌合金为研究对象,研究其凝固过程温度变化及影响因素。应用Fluent软件建立锌铝合金自然对流下的凝固数学模型,获得在牛顿流体和非牛顿流体假设下自然对流液相体积分数的分布图。利用自行研制的半固态浆料凝固过程温度测试试验台,对制取的锌铝合金半固态浆料温度进行控制和记录,并对两种模型的凝固界面及试验获得的凝固过程温度场数据进行对比,验证了模拟结果的可靠性。The ZA9 semi-solid zinc alloy was regarded as the research object, and its temperature change and the influence factors of solidification process were studied. The Fluent software was applied to establish a zinc aluminum alloy solidification mathematical model under natural convection, and to simulate liquid phase volume fraction distribution map in the natural convection under the assumption of Newton fluid and non Newton fluid respectively. Using the self-developed semi-solid slurry solidification temperature test bench, the semi-solid slurry temperatures of zinc aluminum alloy were controlled and recorded, and solidification interface of two different kinds of model was compared. The temperature field data in the solidification process was compared, which verified the reliability of the simulation results.
