摘 要:为提高高强铝合金钨极氩弧焊的效率,以LD10铝合金为研究对象,将TiO2,SiO2作为活性剂涂敷在试件表面,采用TIG方式进行焊接。研究TiO2,SiO2作为活性剂对焊缝深宽比、显微组织和接头显微硬度的影响。结果表明:活性剂的涂敷均会使焊缝熔宽增加、熔深加大;添加SiO2活性剂焊件的焊缝和热影响区硬度低于常规焊接件,添加TiO2活性剂焊件的焊缝硬度低于常规焊接件,但TiO2活性剂焊件焊接热影响区的硬度高于常规焊接件。In order to increase the welding efficiency of high strength aluminum, the workpieces of LD10 were joined by the technology of TIG with TiO2 and SiO2 as active flux. The effect of active flux on depth-to-width ratio, microstructure and microhardness of the joint was studied. The experimental results show that the width and depth can be increased with active flux. The hardness of welding bead and HAZ with SiO2 active flux is lower than that without SiO2. The hardness of welding bead with TiO2 is still lower than that without TiO2, but the hardness of HAZ is higher than that without TiO2.
