金华市部分乡镇奶牛巴贝斯虫病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为有效防控金华市奶牛巴贝斯虫病,根据牛巴贝斯虫病间接ELISA检测方法,以纯化的重组蛋白GST-MSA-2c作为抗原,对2009-2011年金华市7个乡镇的奶牛巴贝斯虫病进行了流行病学调查。结果显示,金华存在奶牛巴贝斯虫病,在2009年采集的296份牛血清样品中,阳性血清11份,感染率为3.72%;在2010年的306份牛血清样品中检出阳性血清14份,感染率为4.58%;在2011年的307份牛血清中检出阳性血清11份,感染率为3.58%。结果提示,金华市奶牛巴贝斯虫感染率以农户散养最高,建立集约化养殖制度和家畜原虫病综合防疫措施迫在眉睫。For the prevention and control of the cow babesiosis in Jinhua,indirect ELISA based on the purified recombinant protein GST-MSA-2c were used to investigate the epidemiology of cow babesiosis in seven towns in Jinhua during 2009 to 2011.The infection rate was 3.72%（11/296）,4.58%（14/306） and 3.58%（11/307） in 2009,2010 and 2011,respectively.There was a high infection rate of babesiosis in far-mer cows.It was urgent to establish an intensive herding system and a prevention measure for the livestock protozoosis.
