摘　　要：规划与建设好社会主义新型农村应以产业发展为龙头,推动农村各项事业的建设与发展。文章结合衡山县白云示范片区新农村规划实例,在现状分析的基础上,详细阐述了城乡一体化规划背景下以产业规划为推动力的新农村规划设计要点,以达到"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的社会主义新农村的规划建设目标。Plans and constructs the good socialism new countryside should take the industrial development as the main item, promotes the countryside each enterprise＇s construction and the development. The article unifies the Hengshan County Baiyun demonstration piece area new countryside plan example, in the present situation analysis＇s foundation, elaborated in detail under the city and countryside integration plan background take the industrial plan as the propelling force new countryside plan design main point, achieves ＂the production development, the life to be ample, the local custom civilization, the village accommodate, the management democracy neatly＂ socialism new countryside plan construction goal.
