小鼠帽状期和钟状早期磨牙牙胚差异表达基因的初探

摘  要:目的筛选小鼠帽状期(E14.5)和钟状早期(E18.5)磨牙牙胚的差异表达基因。方法分离小鼠E14.5和E18.5磨牙牙胚,采用基因芯片技术检测相关的差异表达基因。结果共得到76条差异表达基因,上调基因71条,下调基因5条。结论 E18.5磨牙牙胚,调控细胞代谢、分化、极性形成酶类,调控免疫应答相关基因,转录、翻译相关基因,信号通路的信号分子、受体以及应激反应相关基因等功能的基因表达都显著上调,而细胞凋亡相关基因、氨基酸代谢激酶等的表达下调。Objective To select differentially expressed genes of dental germ at cap stage ( El4.5 ) and early bell stage ( El8.5 ) in murine molar. Methods The mouse molar germ at El4.5 and El8.5 was removed. Gene chip was used to detect differentially expressed genes. Results There were 76 differently expressed genes ,71 up-regulated genes and 5 clown-regulated genes. Conclusions In molar germ at early bell stage ( El8.5 ) , genes related to cell metabolism, differentiation, formation of polarity, genes regulating immune response, genes related to transcription and translation, signaling molecules and receptors, and genes related to stress response are up-regulated dramatically. Genes related to cell apoptosis and amino acid metabolism kinases are down-re,related.
