摘  要:目的探讨血浆脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phosphalipase A2,Lp-PLA2)活性与颈动脉内中膜厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT)关系。方法收集168例患者,依据CIMT将患者分为A组(CIMT>0.9 mm)和B组(CIMT<0.9 mm),检测两组血浆Lp-PLA2活性及其他指标,并分析Lp-PLA2活性及其他指标与CIMT的关系。结果 (1)与B组相比,A组血浆Lp-PLA2活性明显升高,而血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度则低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)Pearson或Spearman相关分析结果提示吸烟和Lp-PLA2活性与CIMT厚度呈正相关(r=0.665,P=0.168;r=0.815,P=0.001),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇则与CIMT呈负相关(r=-0.754,P=0.002)。结论对于仅合并吸烟及血浆低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度的患者,其血浆Lp-PLA2活性升高与CIMT呈正相关。Objectives To investigate the relationship of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2) activity with carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT). Methods Totally 168 patients were enrolled and assigned into two groups according to the values of CIMT (group A, CIMT 〉 0.9 mm; group B, CIMT 〈 0.9 mm). Activity of Lp-PLA2 and values of other variables were evaluated. Relationships of Lp-PLA2 activity and other variables with CIMT were analyzed. Results ( 1 ) Compared to group B, activity of Lp-PLA2 was significantly higher and serum level of high- density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lower in group A (P〈0.05); (2) Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis indicated that smoking and activity of Lp-PLA2 were positively correlated with CIMT (r=0.665, P= 0.168;r=0.815,P=0.001), while serum level of HDL-C was negatively correlated with CIMT (r=-0.754,P=0.002). Conclusions Enhanced activity of Lp-PLA2 in patients barely with smoking and low serum level of HDL-C was positively correlated with CIMT.
