摘　　要：随着高校扩招,越来越多的大学生考试不及格,并由此导致延长学习年限的学生人数也日益增多,为了更好地做好延长学习年限学生的管理和转化工作,采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,寻找高校大学生留级现象的成因,并从学校、教师、家长三方面提出了帮助其转化的建议及策略。With the expansion of enrollment in colleges, more and more college students fail in the exam, thus leading to the in- creasing number of students who are forced to extend the period of schooling. In order to improve the management and transformation work of them, this paper uses the method of questionnaire, interview and other methods to look for the reasons why college students need to repeat a year, and puts forward the suggestions and strategies that can help the transformation of them from the three aspects of school, teacher and parents.
