摘　　要：目的:分析西藏3地区当前医疗卫生资源配置的效率状况,为进一步合理配置西藏卫生资源提供依据。方法:利用数据包络法对西藏样本地区40家乡镇卫生院、13家县级和8家地区级医疗机构的卫生资源配置状况进行分析。结果:西藏当前医疗卫生资源配置严重低下,基层乡镇一级配置效率最低。结论:应加大对基层卫生资源的投入力度,并提高现有资源的利用率。Objective： To analyze the efficiency of medical health resource allocation in three prefectures of Tibet and to provide basis for making more rational medical health resource allocation in the future. Methods： DEA method was employed to analyze the efficiency of the medical health resource .allocation in the medical institutions from the sample areas. Results： The efficiency of the current medical health resource allocation in Tibet is extremely low, with the township at lowest level. Conclusions： More medical heahh resources should be provided to the lower level health institutions and utilization of the existing health resources should be increased.
