摘　　要：目的:通过对各试点医院临床路径实施情况和效果进行评价,发现问题及原因,并提出政策建议。方法:对卫生部"中国临床路径网数据上报平台"数据进行统计描述与分析。结果:开展临床路径医院数量不断增加,临床路径保证了医疗质量和安全,提高了医疗效率,规范了临床用药,控制了不合理医疗费用。结论:临床路径实施效果显著,建议开发合并症病种的临床路径文本,制定相对合理的支付标准和动态调整机制。Objective： Through analyzing and appraising the pilot hospitals for their implementation of the clinical pathways, to identify problems and underlying reasons therefore to put forward constructive policy recommendations for future better practice. Methods： Using statistical methods to describe and analyze the clinical pathway data collected through ＂ the clinical pathway platform＂ launched by Ministry of Public Health. Results： The number of hospitals implementing clinical pathway has increased. Clinical pathway management can ensure the medical care quality and safety, improve the medical service efficiency, regulate the clinical drug usage, and control irregular medical expenses. Conclusion： The overall clinical pathway management pilot work has proven to be successful with many significant achievements. It is suggested to establish text version clinical pathways for those diseases with complications, and to develop relatively reasonable payment standards and dynamic adjustment mechanism.
