摘 要:采用受控循环通风技术对矿井区域进行降温的研究分为两部分:1)采用受控循环通风技术,有效提高区域作业面的风速,达到降温的目的;2)采用高压喷雾系统进行循环风降温。基于上述两个问题的研究,得出如下结论:受控循环通风技术可以在有限进风的情况下,通过合理利用净化后的区域污风,达到提高区域有效风速、降低区域高温的效果;对循环风采用高压喷雾降温技术,降温量可根据喷雾水温进行有效控制,喷雾水温是降温效果好坏的关键。Reserch on mine regional temperature drop by controlled recireulation ventilation technology can be put into two parts, the first part is to use controlled recirculation ventilation technology to speed up ventilation cur- rent at regional working face so as to drop the tempreture, the second part is to use high-pressure spray system to drop temperature for recirculation current. On the basis of the above research, the following conclusions are ob- tained in this paper: firstly, in the case of limited air intake, controlled recirculation ventilation technology can effective- iy enhance regional air speed to drop tempreture by resonahldy using regional polluted air after being purified. Secondly, high-pressure spray dropping tempreture technology has the advantage that cooling Effect can he controlled by the spray tempreture, that is to say, the tempreture of spray is the key point of the dropping temperature effect.
