摘 要:通过考察黄铁矿自诱导浮选基本行为,得出不同pH值条件下回收率—矿浆电位上下限—pH关系。结果表明,黄铁矿实现自诱导浮选所对应的矿浆pH区间是4.2-8.0,电位区间是285-360 mV。通过循环伏安曲线测量,阐明黄铁矿的表面氧化机理。通过热力学的相关计算,证明可浮区间内的重要组分以及验证硫单质是主要疏水体的推断。By studying on the self-induced flotation behavior of pyrite, the relationship between recovery and the top and bottom limitation of pulp potential was obtained under different pH values. It was shown that the self-induced flotation of pyrite could be realized at the pH range of 4.2 and 8.0, while at the pulp potential range of 285 and 360 inV. Reaction mechanism of the surface oxidation of pyrite was illustrated by using cyclic volt-ampere curve measurement. The important components were identified by the thermodynamic equilibrium calculation, and it can be interpreted that the sulphur was the main hydrophobie substance.
