摘  要:随着CFD技术在浮选机设计、优化方面的应用不断深入,利用现代流体测试技术研究浮选机内部流场用以修正CFD预测结果变得愈发重要。本文建立了以PIV测试技术为核心的KYF型浮选机流场测试试验平台,用以揭示浮选机内部流场特征。流场测试表明:KYF-0.2浮选机的整体流场具有明显的上、下循环特征;叶轮底部流场说明了叶轮的抽吸作用和颗粒沉槽的原因;定子叶片之间的局部流场揭示了定子的导流、稳流作用;提高叶轮转速,流体的径向速度和轴向速度随之增加,但整体流场循环结构没有改变。另外,还探究了浮选机内部流场的PIV测试方法,为浮选机多相流场测试技术和对CFD预测结果进行修正奠定了一定基础。As the CFD technique is further applied in design and optimization of flotation machine, modem fluid measurement technology plays a more important role in analyzing the flow field of the flotation machine to revise CFD simulation results. An experimental platform which is based on the PIV measurement technology was established for KYF flotation machine, revealed. Fluid measurement showed that the whole and the internal characteristics of the flow field were flow field existing in KYF-0.2 flotation machine has obvious character of upper and lower cycles, and the flow field below the impeller demonstrated the pumping action of the impeller and explained the reason for particles sinking. The flow field between the stator and blades explained the fluid stabilization and diversion function of the stator. Improving impeller speed, radial and axial velocity of the fluid could be increased while the whole flow field cycle structure would not be affected. Additional, the PIV measurement methods of the flow field in the flotation machine were investigated, and these studies could lay a foundation for the multiphase flow field measurement technique and the modification of CFD simulation results.
