摘 要:基于ADAMS建立了颚式破碎机工作装置的虚拟样机模型,对颚式破碎机2种典型的工作装置进行运动和动力仿真分析,并对动颚板的工作轨迹、机构的最小传动角等运动学特性和动颚板的受力状态进行了仿真研究,比较了2种工作装置的优、缺点。该研究思路对颚式破碎机的优化设计具有一定的参考价值,为设计提供了有效的依据,有较强的实用性。A virtual prototype model is built for jaw crusher working device based on simulation software ADAMS, kinematic and dynamic analysis for two kinds of typical structure jaw crusher working device. Simulation study on kinematics characteristics of this mechanismwas stated such as trajectory tracking of moving jaw plate and minimum transmission angle in jaw crusher working device, compared advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of typical structure jaw crusher working device.As a result, the studying train of thought has certain reference value for designing a more optimal and reasonable cavity jaw crusher in kinematics characteristics, and the results provides basis for project design.
