摘　　要：抚顺煤矿电机制造有限责任公司生产的电机冲片种类多,冲裁工艺有多种,定转子冲片的精度对定转子铁芯的叠压精度起决定性作用,就影响定转子冲片精度的因素进行了分析,可以通过采用合理的冲裁工艺及模具来提高定转子冲片的精度,从而达到提高电机性能的目的,对编排冲片的冲裁工艺具有一定的参考价值。Fushun coal mining motor manufacturing Co., Ltd., has many kinds of motor punching and blanking processes.The accuracy of stator and rotor punching is decisive to the layer accuracy of core stator and rotor .This article is an analysis of factors that affect the accuracy of stator and rotor. The accuracy can be improved by rational blanking processes and molds.The function of motor can be ameliorated. And it has reference value to the blanking processes of choreography punching.
