摘　　要：增加提升容器提升量之前,需要对现有井架进行可靠性分析,确保井架强度满足安全要求。通过对井架相关参数的测量,建立井架的力学模型。利用测量仪器测量井架立柱的工作应力,根据测试结果提出相应的改进措施,同样测试改进后的井架立柱承受的工作应力,确保井架强度和可靠性得到了提高。It is required to make research on reliability of existing derrick before enhancing capacity of lifting capacity to ensure safety requirements of headframe strength. Through measurement of relevant parameters of headframe,set up mechanical model of headframe. Use of measuring instruments to measure stress of derrick column, according to test result and put forward corresponding improvement measure, using same method to test stress of derrick column after improved and ensure that derrick strength and reliability has been improved.
