摘 要:在分析比较不同石膏化学组成、微观形貌、溶解性能等基础上,探讨了石膏性质对α型半水石膏性能及形貌的影响。结果表明,以天然石膏、磷石膏、化学石膏为原料,用蒸压法制备的α型半水石膏在凝结时间、用水量、强度等性能上存在较大差异。天然石膏制备的α型半水石膏强度最高,且能满足JC/T 2038-2010《α型高强石膏》中等级α30的性能指标要求;磷石膏含杂较多,晶粒较小,所制备的α型半水石膏强度较低;化学石膏晶粒最小,其制备的试样性能最差。By comparing chemical composition, microstructure and solubility of different gypsums, the influence of the properties of the gypsums on the property and morphology of α-Hemihydratc gypsum was studied. The experimental results showed that the properties of α-Hcmihydrate gypsum, such as setting time, water demand, strength and so on, were very different under steaming method using various gypsums, including natural gypsum(NG), phosphogypsum(PG) and chemical gypsum(CG). The strength of the sample made of NG was the highest, and met the need of JC/T 2038-2010 α-hcmihydrate gypsum plaster α30. PG had many impurities, and the crystal particle of PG was smaller, which could reduce the strength of the sample. The crystal particle of CG is the smallest, and the property of the sample is the worst.
