摘 要:以广东某地砂质高岭土为研究对象,对其Φ50mm水力旋流器溢流产品进行高岭土除铁增白试验研究。采用"磁选-还原漂白"工艺流程,磁选设备为slon-100型高梯度强磁选机,磁选条件:磁介质为细刚毛,磁场强度1.4T,矿浆流速1.0cm/s,脉动强度200 r/min。主要研究了pH值、酸种类、保险粉用量、保险粉加药次数、草酸用量、反应时间、温度和漂白次数等因素对还原漂白效果的影响,得出了最佳漂白工艺条件:矿浆质量分数20%,用硫酸调节pH值至2.2,保险粉用量3%(分3次加入),草酸用量2%,反应时间30 min。经"磁选-还原漂白"后,高岭土白度从56.04%提升到66.61%,1200℃煅烧白度达86.10%,可满足橡塑填料和陶瓷工业等领域的应用要求。The sandy kaolin which was from Guangdong province was determined as the object of study. The overflow product of Ф50 mm hydro-cyclone was taken as raw materials, and iron removal and bleaching experiments of the samples were studied. The technological process was magnetic separation first and then reductive bleaching. The slon-100 high gradient magnetic separator was taken and the magnetic separation conditions were as follows: the magnetic medium was fine bristles, the magnetic field strength was 1.4 T, the slurry flow rate was 1.0 cm/s, and the pulsation intensity was 200 r/min. The effects of the pH value, the acid type, the amount and the frequency of agent dosing of sodium hydrosulfite, the amount of oxalic acid, reaction time, temperature and the number of bleaching to reductive bleaching were researched. The best process condition of bleaching was as follows: the slurry concentration was 20%, the pH value was 2.2 by sulfuric acid, sodium hydrosulfite dosage was 3% and added into with 3 times, the amount of oxalic acid was 2%, and reaction time was 30 min. After magnetic separation and reduction bleaching of the samples, the whiteness increased from 56.04% to 66.61% and the calcinations whiteness at 1200℃ was up to 86.10%. The bleached kaolin can meet the needs of some fields such as rubber fillings and plastic fillings.
