摘  要:针对硫酸钙晶须作为造纸填料加填纸张时存在溶解度高、留着率低的问题,对硫酸钙晶须的性能进行分析,利用有机改性对硫酸钙晶须进行溶解抑制,主要探究了改性剂种类及用量、温度、时间、搅拌速度对硫酸钙晶须溶解度的影响,并对最佳工艺产品性能进行表征。结果表明,硬脂酸有机改性对晶须溶解抑制效果最好,硬脂酸适宜用量为2%,改性温度为90℃、反应时间30min、搅拌速度400r/min时,硫酸钙晶须在水中的电导率下降了48.4%;扫描电镜结果显示,改性后晶须尺寸变小,呈细小针状;红外光谱显示,硬脂酸分子键合到晶须表面。In order to solve the high solubility and low retention problems used as paper filler, calcium sulfate was characterized and modified by dissolution-inhabiting. The influence factors, such as type and dosage dissolution-inhabiting additive, temperature, time and stirring rate were investigated. The results showed that stearic acid treatment can obviously decrease solubility of calcium sulfate, its optimum treatment conditions are as follows: dosage is 2%, temperature is 90 ℃, reaction time is 30 min, stirring rate is 400 r/min. After this treatment, the conductivity of calcium sulfate can decrease by 48.4%. The SEM results show that size of modified calcium sulfate obviously decrease and the FTIR shows that stearic acid molecular is bound with calcium sulfate surface very well.
