摘　　要：报告1例儿童腋窝颗粒状角化不全。患儿女,12岁。左侧腋窝发生红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒10年。组织病理检查示角化过度伴角化不全,并可见透明角质颗粒,颗粒层轻度增厚,表皮突延长。诊断:腋窝颗粒状角化不全。One case of granular parakeratosis in children is reported. A 12-year-old female presented with pruritic erythema and papules in the left axilla for about ten years. A biopsy of the left axilla revealed a thickened stratum corneum with re- tention of keratohyalin granules within the parakeratotic cells. Hypergranulosis was found in the granular layer, with the pro- longation of the trochanterellus. No fungi were seen with the PAS. The diagnosis was made as granular parakeratosis.
