摘 要:南堡2号构造潜山奥陶系储层属于典型的压力敏感储层,密度窗口窄,钻井过程存在喷漏同存,井漏严重,难以钻达设计完钻井深等难点。针对这一难题冀东油田首次引进精细控压钻井技术,在奥陶系潜山成功应用该技术,解决了裂缝性油藏"窄密度窗口"问题。文章介绍了南堡2号构造奥陶系钻井难点、精细控压钻井系统组成及工作原理、实施技术及在南堡23-平2009井的应用情况。该技术的成功应用,为开发南堡潜山裂缝性油藏提供了技术借鉴、积累了宝贵的实践经验。The No.2 structure of NP buried-hills Ordovician layer is a typical pressure-sensitive layer with narrow density window. The drilling process in this kind of layer has the following difficulties:simultaneous well blowing and leakage;serious lost circulation;hard to reach the designed well depth, etc. Aimed at this situation, Jidong Oil Field introduced precise managed pressure drilling technology for the first time, and successfully applied it in buried-hills Ordovician layer to solve problems such as 'Narrow density window'of fractured oil reservoir. This article introduced the drilling difficulties of No.2 structure buried-hills Ordovician layer, the system composition and working principle of precise managed pressure drilling, and application status in well NP 23-2009. The successful application of such technology provided technical reference and gained valuable practice experience for developing NP buried-hills fractured oil reservoir.
