摘 要:针对K井钻井液钻井过程中井漏严重、处理井漏复杂周期长,面临工程报废的问题,结合K构造地质情况及面临的难点,提出了膨润土浆雾化钻井治漏方案。现场实践表明,膨润土浆基液雾化钻井技术解决了该构造上部井段恶性井漏问题,减少钻井液漏失15000m3以上,行程钻速提高了6倍以上,节约钻井周期明显。膨润土浆基液雾化钻井技术的成功应用,为该构造的高效安全钻井探索出了一条有利途径,为雾化钻井技术的发展和推广提供宝贵的经验,为加快该区块的油气勘探开发进程提供了技术保障。K well was faced with the problems of engineering rejection because of vicious mud loss. According to the geology and difficulties of K structure, proposed the bentonite clay mist drilling program for control mud loss. Field practice showed that the bentonite clay mist drilling solved the problem of vicious mud loss at the structural top hole, reduced drilling fluid leakage more than 15000m3, stroke drill speed increased more than six times, save drilling cycle obviously. The successful application of the bentonite clay mist drilling technology, explored a favorable way for the efficient safety drilling at the structure, accumulated experience for developing and extending mist drilling technology, supplied the technical support for speeding up the exploration and development at the structure.
