摘  要:随着我国深部油气层的不断发现,深井和超深井的数量不断增加,钻井过程中遇到的复杂情况增多。随着井深的增加,钻井速度下降幅度明显增大,同时钻井成本也急剧增加,这直接影响到油田的勘探开发速度和成本。传统钻井方式的能量传输、转换、分配和利用效率等问题一直未能解决,能量综合利用效率很低。文章详细阐述了水力脉冲空化射流钻井机理、水力脉冲空化射流发生器结构与工作原理。通过在YB121H井研究和试验表明,证实用水力脉冲和空化射流技术来提高钻井速度、节省钻井成本,是一种行之有效的方法。For deep oil and gas reservoirs were discovered continuously in China, and the number of deep and ultra-deep wells was increased ceaselessly, the complex cases were increased during drilling. With the increase of well depth, drilling speed drop was increased obviously, while drilling costs also increased. The comprehensive energy utilization efficiency was very low in the traditional drilling methods. The mechanism of the hydraulic pulse cavitation jet drilling, structure and working principle of hydraulic pulse cavitation jet generator were introduced in detail. Through the field application in Guangyuan 121H well, the results showed that the hydraulic pulse and cavitation jet drilling technology could increase drilling speed and reduce drilling costs, it was worth popularizing and applying.
