摘 要:随钻取心技术是在一定井段内,不用起下钻、不用更换钻头,只是通过绳索打捞器改变内筒组件,就可以随时进行连续取心与全面钻进相交替作业的一种工艺技术。研制出了适合常规钻铤的SZ-40型随钻取心工具和取心钻头,形成了一套能够满足现场施工要求的取心工艺技术,进行了两口井的现场应用。现场试验表明,随钻取心工具可以实现取心和全面钻进,设计合理,动作可靠,工艺技术措施切实可行,该项技术可以提高取心效率,减轻工人的劳动强度,缩短钻井周期,节约钻井成本。Coring-while-drilling technology can change the inner barrel assembly through wire-line fisher and the drilling and coring can alternate procedure with the same bit without tripping. SZ-40 coring-while-drilling tool and coring bit which is suited for the conventional drill collar were developed, the coring-while-drilling technology was also formed. Through field application of the tool in two wells, the results showed that the tool could realize drilling and coring alternate procedure, the design was rational, the technological process was feasible. The technology could improve coring efficiency, reduce the labor intensity, decrease drilling cycle and save drilling cost.
