摘 要:基于对天然气水合物分解机理的研究,提出了注蒸汽法开采陆域冻土带天然气水合物。开采原理是通过控制地下水位对水合物层降压的同时,注入高温高压蒸汽对水合物层进行热激发。注蒸汽法试采系统主要包括地表加热装置、地表采气及点火装置和孔内装置。为了提高能量利用率,需对地表和井筒蒸汽流动管路进行保温处理。文章重点对地表蒸汽管路的保温进行设计,首先进行传热理论分析,然后利用ANSYS模拟软件进行数值模拟计算,最终结合现场施工情况,确定蒸汽管路保温层厚为18mm,可以满足保温要求。Based on the mechanism of gas hydrate decomposition, steam injection method for the exploration of permafrost natural gas hydrate was proposed in this paper. Exploitation principle was while reducing the pressure on the hydrate layers by controlling the underground water level, injecting the high temperature and high pressure steam into the hydrate layers to stimulate them. The production test system was assembled by surface heating system, surface gas collection system and ignition device and the hole equipment. In order to improve energy efficiency, the insulation for the surface and borehole steam pipes was needed. This paper focused on the design of the insulation for surface steam pipes, first,the heat transfer theory was analyzed, and then numerical simulation calculation was done by using the ANSYS simulation software, finally, combining on-site operation, the thickness of the steam pipe insulation was determined for 18mm, it could meet the insulation requirements.
