摘 要:由于APR工具射孔酸化测试联作(简称三联作,下同)具有工艺紧凑、效率高、资料质量好、施工时效高等优点,所以三联作已在川渝地区深气井探井中广泛应用,而且酸化已向大酸量、大排量、高泵压方向发展。在用三联作管柱进行深气井作业时,不仅要求进行管柱优化设计和进行管柱受力分析,而且要深入进行管柱可靠性分析,才能更好地指导施工作业。文章围绕可靠性这一关键性问题,对深气井三联作特点、可靠性分析原则、可靠性分析参数、可靠性分析方法算例、注意事项等方面介绍笔者的研究成果及长期进行管柱可靠性分析的实践体会。Because the combinatorial technology of APR string used for perforation and acidification and test (referred to as the 'triple' similarly hereinafter) has the advantages of the compact craft, high efficiency, material of good quality, high construction aging and so on., so the triple has widely used in the test of the deep gas well, and the acidification is developing to the large-scale, large displacement, high pump pressure. The triple string for deep gas well operations, not only was required to optimization design and force analysis, but also to be required to analyze the reliability of the string. The reliability of the triple string was analyzed, and the the author's research results were introduced, including the characteristics of the triple string in the deep gas well, the reliability analysis principle, reliability analysis parameters, reliability analysis methods, the matters needing attention and long-term practical experience of the reliability analysis for string.
