摘  要:目前长庆油田定向井占油井总数95%以上,定向井的井身结构造成其杆柱力学作用复杂,抽油机悬点载荷难以准确预测,致使新区建产时抽油机选型不合理,造成能耗浪费。文章在悬点载荷计算经验公式的基础上,运用统计法和灰色关联法优化出一种计算悬点载荷的新方法,该方法在不同的泵挂范围内,采用不同的悬点载荷计算系数,降低了与实际载荷的相对误差。现场应用结果表明,优化后的悬点载荷计算准确率可以提高5%左右,能够更好地指导抽油机选型。For the special casing program in Changqing Oilfield directional well, the mechanical behavior of pump rod was complicate and the polished rod load of pumping unit couldn't calculate accurately, which resulting in the lectotype of pumping unit was unreasonable in well construction of new block. Based on the empirical formula of polished rod load calculation, a new calculation method of polished rod load was optimized by using statistical method and gray correlative method. The new calculation method adopted different calculation coefficient in different range of pump setting depth, that could reduce the relative error of the actual load. Field application results showed that the accuracy rate of polished rod load increased about 5%, which could guide the lectotype of pumping unit better.
