摘  要:随着气体钻井技术的不断发展和推广应用,更多的箭型回压阀应用于实际工程中,而箭型回压阀失效事故频频发生,严重阻碍了气体钻井技术的推广应用。调研指出箭型回压阀的主要失效形式为箭型回压阀阀体刺漏、流道堵塞以及支承座和阀座的磨损。其中,阀体刺漏主要由箭型回压阀的使用工况和机械损伤引起,同时,箭型回压阀的质量问题会导致阀的早期失效,使用者操作不当致使箭型回压阀的应力集中、承受过大的压力差而失效。针对失效形式和失效原因,提出了减小气体钻井箭型回压阀失效发生概率的预防措施和建议,旨在提高箭型回压阀在气体钻井过程中的使用寿命和安全性,利于气体钻井技术的推广应用。Along with the development and application of gas drilling technology, more arrow-shaped inverted valves were used. The failure accidents of arrow-shaped inverted valve were happened frequently, and seriously hindered the popularization and application of the gas drilling technology. The major failure modes of the arrow-shaped inverted valve were analyzed, i.e. body's leakage, the passageway block and the wear of bearing and valve seat. At the same time, the failure reasons of arrow-shaped inverted valve were also discussed. According to the failure modes and failure reasons, some preventive measures and suggestions were put forward to reduce the failure probability of the arrow-shaped inverted valve in gas drilling, improve the service life and safety.
