发展观的现代性之维——以马克思现代性思想为视角

摘　　要：发展问题是与现代性自身的问题密切相关的。在以追求资本增值为唯一目的的现代性条件下,发展等同于单纯的经济增长。但资本现代性在推进经济增长的同时,又导致了经济社会发展的不平衡、人的物化及人与人、人与社会、人与自然关系的紧张等问题。科学发展观是对旧发展观的扬弃,其本质是实现社会现代性。当代中国,必须通过促进经济、政治、文化、社会(狭义)现代性及生态文明建设的全面协调发展,即通过社会现代性的建构,实现发展观的根本转变。The problem of development is closely related to the problem of modernity itself. Under the condition of modernization in which the pursuit of capital appreciation becomes the sole purpose, development is equivalent to pure economic growth. But while economy has been advanced, the modernity of capital leads to problems such as the imbalance of economic and social development, materialization of human beings and the tension among man, society and nature. The scientific outlook on development transcends the old view of development. Its essence is to achieve social modernity. In contemporary China, through the promotion of comprehensive development in the areas of economy, politics, culture, social （in the narrow sense） modernity and the construction of ecological civilization, i.e. the construction of social modernity, a fundamental change in the view of development can be realized.
