摘 要:目的探讨阿魏酸哌嗪联合贝那普利对早期糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的影响。方法将符合纳入标准患者随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组使用阿魏酸哌嗪和贝那普利,对照组仅使用贝那普利。比较治疗前及治疗后3个月的UAER、24 h尿蛋白、血肌酐、血糖、糖化血红蛋白、CRP和血压的差异。结果①两组治疗后UAER、24 h尿蛋白、CRP和血压均较治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但血肌酐、血糖和糖化血红蛋白无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②治疗后试验组UAER、24 h尿蛋白和CRP显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸哌嗪与贝那普利联用可进一步降低UAER从而提高糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy with piperazine ferulate and benazepdl on urinary albumin ex- cretion rate(UAER) in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods A total of 164 children were included in the study, 82 of whom accepted pipcrazinc ferulate and benazcpdl were put into the observed group, 82 of whom accepted only benazepdl were put into the control group. The difference of the UAER, 24 h urinary protein, Serum creatinine, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and CRP were compared by T test. Results (1)After treatment, the UAER, 24 h urinary protein, CRP and blood pressure were sig- nificantly lower than that before treatment in both observed group and control group; (2)The UAER, 24 h urinary protein and CRP were significantly lower in the observed group than that of the control group after treatment. Conclusion Combined use of piperazine feru- late and benazepdl could significantly lower the levels of UAER in patients with early DN.
