摘 要:在湖北省沙洋县官档镇椪柑基地,以椪柑为试材,研究外源GA3和2,4-D对椪柑果实延迟采收品质的影响,以探讨外源GA3和2,4-D对椪柑果实的效应。结果表明:椪柑果实通过外源GA3和2,4-D处理以后果实可溶性总糖、维生素C的含量增加,而可滴定酸的含量减少,延缓了果皮叶绿素的降解。与对照相比,各处理均能明显延迟果实成熟,其中喷施50mg·L-1GA3和50mg·L-12,4-D处理的效果最佳,说明在外源GA3和2,4-D处理中,此浓度处理最适于椪柑。外观品质也得到了明显的改善,果实无污染,风味浓甜,市场售价和收益显著增加。5hayang County of Hubei Province in the town of stalls kam peng base to peng kom were used to study the source of GA3 and 214-D peng citrus fruits of the harvest quality of delay,to explore foreign GA3 and 2,4-D effect on kam penS fruit. Use of the feuit peed chlorophyll, carotenoids,total soluble sugar, acid and vitamin C to the determination;In between the different treatment by Dunca's new rehabilitation of poor conduct analysis of variance test results showed that: kam peng fruit through foreign GA3 and 2,4- D treatment after the fruit of total soluble sugar, vitamin C content increased, while titratable acid in reducing, delaying peel chloro- phyll degradation. Compared with the control, the treatment could significantly delay fruit maturity, spraying 50 mg· L-1 GA3 and 50 mg·L-1 2,4-D with the best results on outside sources GA3 and 2,4-D treatment.This concentration of dealing with the most suitable for kam peng. Appearance quality improved significantly, pollution-free fruit, sweet flavor concentration, the market price and earn- ings increased significantly. Kam peng research and promote tree preservation technology to stay in the same area of land on access to high-income and technology, was the urgent needs of farmers, was now kam peng industry trend of development.
