摘  要:采用黄绿木霉T1010(Trichoderma aureoviride 1010)制剂处理日光温室番茄连作土壤,以常规生产区为对照,设黄绿木霉T1010和1/2黄绿木霉T1010两个处理,通过对土壤酶活性比色法测定,研究其对耕层土壤酶活性的影响,为应用黄绿木霉T1010改善土壤生态环境,促进番茄生长发育提供理论依据和技术支持。结果表明,不同处理条件下土壤酶活性不同,其中纤维素酶、几丁质酶、脲酶、蛋白酶、磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶活性大小顺序为:黄绿木霉T1010〉1/2黄绿木霉T1010〉CK;蔗糖酶、淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶活性最高的处理是1/2黄绿木霉T1010;对照处理的土壤中葡聚糖酶活性最高。ANOVA分析,除葡聚糖酶和蛋白酶,其他各处理酶活性差异显著。可见,黄绿木霉T1010对土壤中酶活性有一定调节作用,改善土壤生态环境,有效促进番茄根系的发育,进而促进番茄产量的形成。In this study, the effect of Trichoderma aureoviride 1010 (T1010) on soil enzyme activity was determined, and hope to gain information for the application of T1010 to regulate the soil in solar-greenhouse. The experiments were carried on the soil in solar- greenhouse of Shouguang with tomato continuous cropping from August 1 to December 31 in 2009, and the experiment had two treat- ments (T1010 and 1/2T1010) with conventional production areas as control. These enzymes were analyzed by colorimetric method. Cellulose, chitinase, phosphatase, urease, protease, polyphenol oxidase, these enzymes activity of soil were always significantly greater, often by TlO10, in 1/2T1010 than CK. The invertase, amylase, catalase and peroxidase activity were the highest in 1/2T1010. The dextranase activity increased in control. It showed that TIO10 could enhance the solar-greenhouse soil environment efficiently by reg- ulating soil enzyme activity. And they could promote the yield formation and product quality improvement of tomato by making good influence on the growth of roots, stems and leaves.
