摘 要:利用主成分分析和2种聚类方法对我国11个地方鸡种的蛋品质和生态环境的资料进行分析。多元统计分析10项指标的结果表明:主成分分析选取前3个特征值作为3个主成分(占总信息量的93.17%),根据各品种的10项指标值计算相似系数进行聚类,结果表明,2种聚类方法均可将11个地方鸡品种划分为高海拔型和低海拔型两类,这说明了生态因子也是品种分类中的一个重要方面。The multivariate statistics analysis of egg quality and ecological environment were carried out on 11 Chinese native chicken breeds by the methods of principal component analysis and 2 kinds of clustering methods . The results showed that when 10 indexes were concerned fore 3 character values were selected as the principal component (occupied 93.17% of total information amount), and the 11 Chinese native chicken of breeds were divided into high elevation type and low elevation type according to 3 principal component values and 2 kinds of clustering methods of each breeds, which suggested that the ecological factor was also an important side on the breed region classification.
