摘　　要：以630 m3高炉为例,对高炉煤气布袋除尘机械输灰、气力输灰两种输灰方式的工艺流程特点、优缺点进行了对比。认为高炉煤气布袋除尘输灰采用气力输灰方式,在减轻输卸灰的劳动强度、设备投资、能耗、改善现场环境等方面明显优于机械输灰方式。Taking blast furnace of 630 m3 as example, it is compared the technological flow characteristics, merits and demerits of two methods to transporting dust： mechanical or air conveying in bag dust filtering of blast furnace gas. It is considered that the latter is obviously superior over the former in reducing labor strength to discharge dust, equipment investment, energy consumption, site environment improvement.
