摘　　要：非调质钢具有性能优良、节能高效、降低成本、减少环境污染等特点,以SG45为例,介绍了石钢中型棒材车间针对SG45非调质钢的特点,采取预热段≤900℃、加热段960～1240℃、均热段1130～1200℃、终轧≤970℃、缓冷开始温度300～450℃、缓冷24h工艺措施,满足了SG45非调质钢性能的标准要求。Non quenched and tempered steel has characteristics of excellent performance, energy - saving and high- efficiency, low cost, and reducing environment pollution. With SG45 steel as example, it is intro- duced the technological measures adopted in medium bar workshop of Shi Steel： preheating temperature as 900℃, heating 960 to 1 240℃, soaking 1 130 to 1 200℃, end rolling 970 ℃, beginning of slow cooling 300 to 450 ℃, and slow cooling for 24 hours, and so the process can meet the requirement of SG45 steel.
