摘　　要：目的评价完全穿刺技术在主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术(endovascular graft exclusion,EVGE)中应用的安全性和有效性。方法回顾性分析我院87例Stanford B型主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者应用EVGE治疗的临床资料,所有患者在局麻或者全麻下经皮股动脉穿刺建立股动脉入路完成EVGE,术后常规使用2套Perclose(Abbott,USA)装置缝合血管。结果使用两套缝合装置成功率97.7%(85/87)。手术时间为(108.0±19.0)min,平均住院时间为(5.3±1.3)d。并发症发生率为2.3%(2/87)。结论完全穿刺技术在EVGE中应用是安全和有效的,手术时间短、住院时间短、并发症低,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the safety and reliability of total percutaneous technology in endovascular graft exclusion（EVGE）for aortic dissection.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection aneurysm perfroming EVGE were retrospectively analyzed.All patients completed EVGE under the local anesthesia or general anesthesia via percutaneous femoral artery puncture.After operation,two sets of Perclose device（Abbott,USA）were used to suture the blood vessels.Results The successful rate of suturing was 97.7%（85/87）.The operation time was（108.0±19.0）min,and the average hospitalized day was（5.3±1.3）d.The incidence of complication was 2.3%（2/87）.Conclusion Total percutaneous technology in endovascular graft exclusion for aortic dissection is safe and effective,with the advantages of shorter operation time,shorter hospitalized day and lower complications.
