摘  要:目的研究不同方法制备的钛种植体对体外培养成骨细胞黏附的影响。方法采用目前临床应用较多的喷砂和新的粉末注射成形(metal injection molding,MIM)两种方法制备多孔钛种植体。将种植体分为Sm组(光滑组)、Sa组(喷砂组)、M1组(MIM法制备孔隙度为40%)、M2组(MIM法制备孔隙度为60%)4组。将4组种植体与人成骨肉瘤成骨细胞MG63联合培养,从黏附率和黏附形态两个方面进行观察。结果联合培养4 d及8 d后,Sa、M1、M2组黏附率均高于Sm组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Sa组与M1组之间差异不明显(P>0.05),M2组与Sa、M1组之间差异均有统计学意义;联合培养8 d后,M2组MG63黏附形态优于其他组,能够伸展完全,伪足较多,附着牢固。结论高孔隙度的MIM方法制备的多孔钛种植体在成骨细胞的黏附率、黏附形态及生长方向各方面均优于喷砂,从而为研究新的多孔钛种植体制备方法提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the effects of titanium implants prepared by different methods on the adhesion of osteoblast cells.Methods The traditional sand blasting and metal injection molding were used to prepare the porous titanium implants respectively,which were divided into 4 groups:Sm(smooth) group,Sa(sand blasting) group,M1(40%MIM) group and M2(60%MIM) group.After the titanium implants cultured with MG63 for a few days,the cells were observed from two aspects,adhesion rate and adhesion form.Results After cultured for 4 and 8 d,the adhesion rates in Sa,M1,M2 groups were significantly higher than that in Sm group(P0.05),the adhesion rate in M2 group was also significantly higher than those in Sa and M1 groups(P0.05),but the difference was not significant between Sa and M1 groups(P0.05) After cultured for 8 d,the adhesion form of MG63 in M2 group was better than in the other groups,and the cells with more pseudopodia fully extended and attached more firmly. Conclusion The porous titanium implants prepared by MIM are better than that by traditional sand blasting method in adhesion rate,adhesion form and directional growth.It provides a theory basis for the preparation of porous titanium implants.
