摘　　要：用电信息采集系统是国家电网公司加快"SG186"信息化应用,实现用电数据"全覆盖、全采集、全费控",推行双向互动式供电服务的重要工程。介绍了湖州电网已建成全覆盖采集系统的基本构成及主要功能,重点阐述系统在电力营销管理各方面的深化应用,以便更好地为电力企业信息化、集约化、精益化发展服务。Electricity utilization information acquisition system is a key project of China State Grid Corpora- tion to accelerate ＂SG186＂ application of information technology, ＂full coverage, full collection and full cost control＂ of electricity utilization data. This paper introduces essential components and major functions of full- coverage collection system built by Huzhou power grid, and it lays emphasis on elaborating further applica- tion of the system in various aspects of electric power marketing management so as to better serve the informatized, intensified and lean development of power enterprises.
