摘 要:房地产是我国的支柱产业,房地产市场的稳定直接影响到国民经济的持续发展。近年来,虽然房地产二级市场得到迅速发展,但是房地产二级市场中的信息不对称问题,使得政府、开发商、中介、消费者之间的纠纷日益增多,消费者权益受到严重损害。缓解消费者信息劣势地位,公开房地产市场信息,规范、调控房地产二级市场,促进房地产市场的健康发展已经成为社会关注焦点。本文在介绍房地产市场二级市场信息不对称相关概念的基础上,深入分析信息不对称现象及其原因,进而提出房地产二级市场中信息不对称的应对之道。The real market is a pillar industry in China, the stability of which has a directly impact on economic development continu- ally. Nowadays, the secondary real estate market developed very fast. However, because of the problem of information asymmetry, there have been increasing disputes between rights being seriously damaged. Reducing the consumer adverse position, disclosing the real estate market information, regulating the real estate secondary market, promoting the healthy development have become the fo- cus of social concern. This article introduces the definition of seeondary real estate market information asymmetry, offers a deep anaI- ysis the phenomenon of information asymmetry, and then puts forward some countermeasure to solve these problems.
