摘　　要：医院文化建设要不断适应医疗市场竞争的需要。当前,随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和逐步完善,医疗市场的竞争日趋激烈,切实加强医院的核心竞争力,只有通过构建医院文化体系和培育医院精神,才能造就一支高素质的员工队伍,激发职工的责任感,增强职工的积极性,维护医院良好的社会形象。To constantly adapt to the hospital culture construction for the needs of the medical market competition. At present, with the establishment of the sociahst market economy and improved step by step. The competition of the medical market is becoming increasingly fierce and strengthen the core competitiveness of the hospital. Only by constructing the hospital culture system and cultivating the hospital spirit can create a high - quality workforce, stimulate staff＇s sense of responsibility, en- hance the enthusiasm of the staff, maintain the hospital good social image.
