品管圈在提高时间静脉用药准确性中的应用

摘　　要：目的开展品管圈活动提高时间静脉用药准确性。方法成立品管圈,选定活动主题,拟定活动计划,分析现状及影响因素,圈员共同拟定对策并按计划实施,比较活动前后时间性静脉用药准确率,从而确认活动效果。结果开展品管圈活动后时间性静脉用药不准确数由204件/月下降到了36件/月。结论品管圈不仅提升了护士规范用药的意识,提高了时间性静脉用药的准确性,而且使大家学会了用科学的方法解决问题,提高了科室成员解决问题的能力,更增强了科室团队的凝聚力,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the efficiency of quality control circle （QCC） in improving the time accuracy of intravenous medication. Methods After the establishment of QCC, the theme of the activity was selected and the plan worked out, influencing factors analyzed. The members of the QCC discussed the criterions together, which then were complied strictly. The time accuracy rate of intravenous medication was compared to analyze the efficiency of the QCC. Results After the QCC was carried out, the time accuracy rate was improved greatly. Conclusion Through QCC, circle members improve their standard medication awareness and the time accuracy of intravenous medication. And QCC is beneficial to not only learning the scientific methods to solve problems, but also improving the teamwork abilities, which proves to be worthy of being popularized.
