保留针芯单手送管法在婴幼儿留置针穿刺中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨保留针芯单手送管法在婴幼儿留置针穿刺中的应用效果。方法186例婴幼儿接受留置针穿刺400例次,按穿刺的先后顺序分为两组,对照组200例次采用传统单手送管,观察组200例次采用保留针芯单手送管,并对其穿刺成功率及送管失败率进行分析,同时调查儿科病区护士对2种送管法的支持率。结果保留针芯单手送管法的成功率高于传统送管法,送管失败率低(P<0.01),同时儿科病区护士对保留针芯送管法支持率高。结论保留针芯单手送管法能够提高婴幼儿留置针穿刺1次穿刺成功率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of one-handed insertion technique with retained stylet in puncture for indwelling needle in infants. Methods A total of 400 punctures for indwelling needle were operated in 186 infants that were divided into control group and observation group according to their puncture sequence. In control group, the puncture was done by one-handed technique, while in observation group, catheter was inserted by one-handed insertion technique with retained styler. Analysis of success rate of puncture and failure rate of techniques was conducted and nurses＇ support rate for two different techniques was investigated as well. Results Success rate of one-handed insertion technique with retained stylet was higher that that of traditional technique, which was with lower failure rate of insertion （P〈0.01）, and has more support of nurses. Conclusion One-handed insertion technique with retained stylet is beneficial to enhancing the success rate of puncture and it is worth to be popularized clinically.
